Sandy was recommended to me by a friend. Sandy consulted with us and showed us were my sister and I could make small improvements to the home. to attract more buyers and get more money for the home. She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and even told us what to expect once the house hit the market. She was right on! Let me say this... Sandy did an stellar job! We could not be any more happier! We got an offer quickly, she screened the buyers to ensure they were good to close. The entire process went extremely smooth. She took care of everything during the due diligence period and we loved how she took charge of everything. The house closed, we got our money and we loved it! Sandy gave us the service we needed to get our home sold fast and for top dollar! My sister felt so relieved once the sale was over, not matter how good your agent is, selling a home is tedious. Having Sandy in our corner made the sale so much easier and now we have a good friend in Sandy. We have already referred Sandy to a couple of our friend, whom by the way are still amazed at her service.

We used Sandy to close on the sale of our house this month. Objectively speaking: - She was almost completely unresponsive - I have talked to her asking for a call back and never received one. Regularly failed to return multiple calls. - Complete and utter lack of attention to detail - when asked when our closing was, after no notification from her, she stated the 21st at 11:00am, when in fact we were on a Zoom call signing all of the documents with the attorney at 4:15 the day before. A real estate agent should know when the closing date and time is, where it will be taking place and inform the client of that information as it alters. - Seemingly no working knowledge of the contract and what it contained outside of the commission that she included, which was higher than it should have been and needed to be changed. Another example, Does the washer and dryer stay with the house? Well yes it is listed in the contract to that effect. I think it is the agents job and duty as our representative to read the contract and understand it. She seems like a friendly and kind person, but is she cut out for the real estate business?

I had probably one of the toughest sales in the metro atlanta area. My home had fallen into a terrible condition. I had rented it and the tenants trashed the place. Sandy and Mark from the consider it sold team took on the challenge. They found the buyer for my home in what felt like minutes. The closing didn't go as smooth as I would have liked but that is because my bank would not release me from the loan until the day before our 3rd attempt at closing. I will say Sandy and Mark never gave up. I wanted to quit several times but they told me to hang in there, I did! Best decision I ever made.

Let me start by saying I couldn't ask for a better agent in Sandy Deaton. Sandy made our experience effortless and she and her team were fabulous. We bought the unit with Sandy and only one year later we SOLD it for an awesome profit! Sandy's expertise allowed us to buy another unit in Athens with the proceeds from this sale.
