We just needed to sell our house and not buy another one since we were moving in with my father in law. She encouraged us to spend more on renovations than we really wanted to, but in the end it was sound advice. We not only got all that money back, but made a nice profit too. So when we are ready to buy another house we will definitely go with her. We can't recommend her enough.
