Without a doubt, Sandy Baker, along with her husband, Kyle Baker, are the best real estate professionals we have dealt with throughout our many years of hop-scotching the state. We were blessed to meet Kyle when we first began our search for our Happily-Ever-After house for retirement. He was patient and kind, always available and always offering professional insights into homes we were viewing. Once we found this home, he skillfully guided us throughout the purchase. And then it was Sandys turn to do her magic. Ours was a lovely home but in a season of high interest rates, we worried. Sandy was ever the professional, reassuring us each step of the way. She worked very hard doing extensive marketing, including open houses, to ensure a sale happened quickly regardless of unease around interest rates. She has extensive contacts throughout the Atlanta area, guiding us to the appropriate and always professional contractors for various projects on both houses.
