Sandy held our very inexperienced hands the entire step of the way and made us feel completely taken care of and comfortable during the entire transaction. No stone was left unturned with Sandy. She answered ALL of our many questions with such patience and professionalism. We had only started working with Sandy for about a month before finding a home that we loved. I called Sandy immediately when we found the house and told her I had found "THE ONE." The house had everything we needed has a family of 4. The house was posted to Zillow on a Thursday and I literally found it that day. I went to the open house that Sunday and by Tuesday we had put in an offer. Wednesday we were officially under contract. This was our first and only offer we had ever made on a home and we ended up getting it because of Sandy. All this said, everything happened very quickly because she made sure our voices were heard and the sellers without a doubt knew were very motivated buyers. Sandy didn't let us slip through the cracks. She was perfectly pushy without making anyone feel turned off. She was on it! We had a 30 day escrow from this point on. We were looking to move quickly and we certainly did. Moving this quickly can be stressful and Sandy made the entire process so smooth. We signed everything electronically and she made the process feel seamless. Also important to add, I really enjoyed talking to her on the phone everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. She is very calming and eased any anxieties I had. If you're working with a realtor for any period of time you kind of need to like talking to them...and trust me you will with Sandy. Like I said before, she negotiated 40K off our house so she has some mad negotiation skills. We have now been living in our home for almost 2 months and we have never been happier. We love our house! This was a huge goal accomplished for our family. We sometimes felt it would be impossible for us to buy a home in SoCal because it's so expensive. We had been saving for years. Sandy helped get us through the finish line and we seriously could not have done it without her. Sandy will forever be family.
