We were moving from out-of-state with little notice and did not have much time to find a home. I was concerned that if we did not have a quality agent with experience we wouldn't find our perfect home and would end up being forced to rent. This fear turned out to be completely unfounded.I have owned 3 homes previously and have had both good and bad sales and buying experiences. We were still in the car when she emailed the offer documents to us. We were able to sign the documents electronically, which was a huge help. It was all seamless. Steve and Sandy took my list of "must-haves" and hit the nail on the head with the houses that they selected for us to go look at. They had such great things to say about Sandy, that when we were ready to start looking, we didnt consider anyone else! Sandy was a joy throughout the entire home buying experience.
