ZillowVERIFIEDSandra was great to work with! She made us feel comfortable and her responsiveness was on point. Her local knowledge is extensive as she grew up in the area. She was available on weekends which was great for our family.

ZillowVERIFIED We really enjoyed working with Sandra. She was extremely responsive and really helped us to understand the home buying process. She had great contacts for inspection and for a law firm to handle our closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra was extremely helpful in our quest to find a new home in a town we didnt really know. She listened to our aEURoewant listaEUR? and after a couple of visits found us the home we wanted. She also assisted us in finding local businesses to do the restoration work we wanted done. My wife and I were very happy with the professionalism Sandra showed throughout

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra was amazing to work with. She was both knowledgeable and honest. I felt like she was really focused on working hard to find the best home for us and not just on the commission. Sandra was pleasant through out the entire experience and we highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! Being new to the area (from Louisiana), we knew NOTHING about the market in this area. When we finally decided on the Black Mountain/Swannanoa area, I fully expected Sandra to drop us. But she wouldnt have it. She continued to research properties and even spent two days with my wife and me looking at houses in Black Mountain. Finally, after we had returned to Louisiana, she found what we were looking for. I had come to trust her judgement so much, I made an offer on the house without even seeing it. She turned out to be far more of a friend than an agent. Shes the best.

ZillowVERIFIED The property that I had for sale had been handled by three agents prior to me listing it with Sandra Thomas. Their efforts resulted in very few showings and "0" contracts. With Sandra the number of showings escalated dramatically and resulted in a very sound and worthwhile contract. Thank you, Sandra, for all of your hard work and getting me moved from one home to my next.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra was great in helping us find properties and printing out data so we could do drive-bys. She emailed us about properties that came up that we might want to see. And when we found a house to see, she tried her best to get us in to see it as quickly as possible. She knew most of the areas pretty well, an advantage of being a local. She even picked us up one day on the way to see some homes so we didnt have to find a place to leave our car downtown. She keeps her cool under pressure, too, and understands the emotional ups and downs that buyers are going through. She is a good negotiator and made helpful suggestions. Sandra is very congenial and professional and we are thankful for her expertise in helping us navigate through the home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra is very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. I have known her for many years. She is always working and willing to drop about anything to help her clients she is working with. Sandra is not a part time agent. Real estate is her full time job! I would not hesitate to refer her to anyone I know to sell or buy real estate.
