When we found the one, I used my knowledge of the market and strong negotiation skills to secure a fantastic deal. Not only did the home appraise over the purchase price, giving my buyers instant equity, but we also negotiated a 3% seller credit they were able to use toward closing costs—an incredible win that made their transition even smoother. It was such a rewarding experience to help them from start to finish and make their move as stress-free as possible!

I got started in real estate after spending 13 years in mortgage finance, which gave me a strong foundation in the lending side of the business.
