Sandra is an excellent realtor. This was our first time buying a home and she was fully prepared to help us every step of the way. She took time to learn what we wanted and explain the whole process to us of what each stage will look like and what to expect. As soon as we provided her with information about our budget and what we like she was quick to send over recommendations in the area. If we found a listing we liked outside of her recommendations she would take a look and give us her honest opinion which often saved us as she knows what to look for in a property regarding value, quality and the area. Sandra is extremely responsive and always got back to us in a timely manner, which is crucial in the housing market as houses can disappear as soon as they are listed. This was one of the best aspects of working with her as we could always expect a fast turn around with tours as well as any offers. Sandra also had great recommendations on people to use throughout the process including a great mortgage company that was super easy to use and an inspection company that was able to save us on some key issues in the house we were looking at. While putting in an offer Sandra was able to keep our offers competitive but also save us money whenever possible without compromising our chances. Once we did have an offer accepted she did her best to fight for us regarding issues found during inspection to make sure we got money to help us fix those issues or to ensure the seller fixed the issues before we closed. As I said this was our first time buying a home and Sandra was able to guide us through every step gracefully and we are extremely thankful that we chose her as our realtor and were able to secure a house we loved. She is very capable and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her.

Sandra is the most amazing realtor. I am a first time home buyer and we had several times I didn't think we would be able to close. Not only did she stay calm and calm me. If i had to describe Sandra in the simplest term possible, I would say that she is an attack dog. We told her our general wants and she hunted us up some great choices super fast. When we narrowed it down to a shortlist, she went over the prison. One of each place and helped us narrow it to one. And when we told her that one, she went after it. Feb 12 we gave her the shoet list, Feb 13 we got the info needed to narrow it to one. She had plumbing and inspection people she could call to get things looked at fast. And now we are closing on the house we want tomorrow. The amount of stress and trouble she has saved us is huge. She had been super helpful and supportive every step of the way. Even messaging us updates late at night and during personal family events to make sure everything has gone smoothly. Could not have asked for a better realitor and so excited to close on our first owned home tomorrow. Thank you for everything, you are a rockstar.
