4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
As a realtor, it’s not uncommon to have a friend or family member who believes homeownership is just out of reach. They often feel it’s a distant dream, too far away to even consider. But after years of patience and perseverance, one of my dear friends recently closed on her very first home. The experience was incredibly moving—tears of joy filled the room at closing. The sellers, emotionally attached to the property that had been in their family for generations, also shared in those tears, knowing their beloved home was going to someone who would cherish and care for it just as much. Now, as a first-time homebuyer, my friend is settled in and absolutely in love with her new home. It was a beautiful reminder that with the right support, patience, and dedication, dreams really can come true.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
After spending years in healthcare, I reached a point where both my body and mind were exhausted. The long hours of corporate work with little recognition for the dedication I had to my patients left me feeling burnt out. Throughout it all, I had always dreamed of being a small business owner and had a deep passion for real estate. After a particularly difficult experience at work that was the final straw, I made the bold decision to leave the only career I had known and pursue real estate full-time.
I immersed myself in learning everything I could about the industry, dedicating countless hours, days, and months to mastering the business. Every step of the way, I fell more in love with the process. I only wish I had made the leap sooner.
Now, working with clients and guiding them through each transaction is a journey I’m truly honored to be a part of. I take great pride in building strong relationships with those I work with, and many who started as clients have become lifelong friends. This work is not just a job to me—it’s a passion I deeply value and am grateful for every day.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I’ve found that my success in real estate stems from a client-centric approach, where empathy and genuine care go much further than traditional sales techniques. While real estate is often viewed as a sales-driven industry, the training I received in healthcare—learning to prioritize others' needs before my own—has elevated my approach. This mindset has been key to not only meeting my clients’ needs but truly understanding them.

Sandra is an excellent realtor. This was our first time buying a home and she was fully prepared to help us every step of the way. She took time to learn what we wanted and explain the whole process to us of what each stage will look like and what to expect. As soon as we provided her with information about our budget and what we like she was quick to send over recommendations in the area. If we found a listing we liked outside of her recommendations she would take a look and give us her honest opinion which often saved us as she knows what to look for in a property regarding value, quality and the area. Sandra is extremely responsive and always got back to us in a timely manner, which is crucial in the housing market as houses can disappear as soon as they are listed. This was one of the best aspects of working with her as we could always expect a fast turn around with tours as well as any offers. Sandra also had great recommendations on people to use throughout the process including a great mortgage company that was super easy to use and an inspection company that was able to save us on some key issues in the house we were looking at. While putting in an offer Sandra was able to keep our offers competitive but also save us money whenever possible without compromising our chances. Once we did have an offer accepted she did her best to fight for us regarding issues found during inspection to make sure we got money to help us fix those issues or to ensure the seller fixed the issues before we closed. As I said this was our first time buying a home and Sandra was able to guide us through every step gracefully and we are extremely thankful that we chose her as our realtor and were able to secure a house we loved. She is very capable and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her.
