When there were times for negotiations/decisions during the process, I liked the way that she laid out the pros and cons of different recommendations while not pressuring us one way or another. I also felt that she really took the extra mile to take care of and protect her clients. At one time when she was concerned about a decision I made, she first called me and then followed up with the lawyer for clarification to make sure that we were covered, even though the lawyer said everything was OK already. In June, we decided to put the condo on the market and give this agent a try. That ended up to be one of my best decisions. We had such an amazing experience with Sandra. She sold our condo within a reasonable time frame when there were many competitions in the complex. She is passionate about what she is doing. She is determined to sell.
