ZillowVERIFIED I was super disappointed with the lack of professionalism exhibited by Gabriel Sarria of the Sandra Rathe team His client / agreed to remove much artwork from walls.. rather than give a painting credit to us they chose to remove art and patch and sand holes. They promised to paint the entire apartmentaEUR| instead, they ran a brush over each area that had been repaired rendering the walls looking all stripey. And since they did not paint walls fully as promised, the different color paint used also shows up more clearly. He had the nerve to say our expectations were too high. We just wanted the job done with a good intention. That was not done.. We did get a small credit at closing which will cover 25 pct of the new paint job we must undertakeaEUR| There is no reason for people to act in such an unprofessional manner but it happens. There were other issues but not worth it to mention. I hope that Gabriel and Erminia and family are able to enjoy the few dollars they were able to keep in their pocket at the expense of others. Of course all of this review is solely my opinion based on my experience with this unprofessional transaction..

ZillowVERIFIED A home sale and move is an unrelenting series of big important decisions. I have no desire to do it again soon. But if i had to do it again, i would sign again with the Sandra Rathe team. Thats one decision i got right. David Nunez was my agent, and Gary Lanier guided me through the escrow. The Fed was recking havoc with the market, making it hard to read and predict. I had time goals for the move, but also expectations for what my Silverlakes property was worth. I selected the Sandra Rathe team because of their Silverlakes expertise (had received their newsletter for years and been impressed). They brought lots of detailed information and sound guidance to my decision process. They told me step by step what i needed to do, never crossing that line into pushy. They got showings on my place, kept me informed all through the marketing process, followed up on every opportunity (as evidenced by a ridiculously high offers/showings ratio). In the end i got the number i expected. Then they brought in the other professionals for the escrow process, which was executed smoothly. Sellers agents cannot control the market. What they can do is help you understand the market, and use that knowledge to get the best priced offers as quickly as possible, and then execute on the decisions you make. The Sandra Rathe team did that for me.
