ZillowVERIFIEDSandra was an expert at guiding toward a purchase in SW FL. Her local knowledge not only helped us find the perfect home but, more importantly, helped us avoid buying the wrong home for our goals. What makes Sandra stand out among her peers is her top-shelf communication. She is assertive and professional, patient but persistent, and extremely diligent. We would definitely work again and we would strongly endorse her for anyone looking for assistance in the very complicated SWFL market.

ZillowVERIFIED We really enjoyed working with Sandra on the purchase of our property and would highly recommend her to any owner or buyer. Sandra's knowledge of the local market helped us tremendously as we are not local natives and did not have intimate knowledge of the area. Sandra was thoughtful and patient with us throughout the process and made purchasing our property stress free. Highly recommend Sandra if you are considering buying or selling a home in the Sarasota area! Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra Osorio worked with us for FIVE years in our search for a home. Our search was interrupted several times due to circumstances beyond our control but Sandra was very supportive and never gave up on us. She is a consummate professional who answered every question, performed thorough research on every property and community. She stayed in communication with us every step of the way. She knows the state of Florida on both coasts. She is honest and can be relied upon to represent buyers with integrity. We have grown to love her and consider her part of our family .

ZillowVERIFIED We currently live in California and are looking for a condo in Miami area for investment and future retirement. We searched online to find real estate agent in Miami area. We selected her based on the reviews. We contacted her through Trulia, and she responded quickly. We sent her a list of over 12 condos that we found on the websites and ask her to show us those condos when we visited Miami in March. She made arrangements for all of the condos except the ones that were already sold. She had to confirm and re-confirm many times with every listing agents, and made the appointments efficiently. She is very familiar with the Miami housing market, and very familiar with the condos buildings we were interested. After seeing the condos, we wanted to see some units for the second time on Sunday, we called her on Saturday, and she quickly made the arrangement for the condos with short notice. She and the condo president show all the units we wanted to see and some of the units that matched what we like. She was so nice to accommodate our tight schedule while visiting Miami, and provided everything we needed. Although we didn't make offer this time, we definitely will use her as our agent when we found the right unit and make the purchase. She is very professional, extremely responsive and reliable. We look forward to working with her for purchasing a condo in Miami in the near future.
