Sandra's expertise and patience made the stressful process of buying a home so much more enjoyable. Sandra is so upbeat and positive that it was always fun to see houses with her: she never pressured us to like something we just didn't and our 4 month old (yes we were house shopping WITH a new baby) absolutely adored her. And she's got hustle! Sandra knew the neighborhoods inside and out. She always seemed to have the inside track on the houses we were looking at, knew exactly the right questions to ask, and more than once the buyer's realtor told us what a great agent we had. We also ended up getting a significantly better interest rate when she flagged for us that our first broker (an out of state guy) was showing signs of not working aggressively enough on our behalf for the LA market. She was right and ended up recommending an outstanding local broker that we also loved working with. Great people work with great people: every person Sandra recommended to us from our broker to the inspectors was top notch. Where Sandra REALLY shone though was when it came time to make an offer - we made an offer on a house that had two other offers, and Sandra knew exactly how to make our offer the most compelling - even when it wasn't the highest. We got the house! When the day came to pick up our keys...Sandra surprised us with a beautiful little house warming ceremony that we will never forget. It made the moment of receiving the keys just that much more special. Sandra is an amazing person and a phenomenal realtor. Anyone would be lucky to have her in your corner when buying a house in LA.
