She goes out of her way to look up info at the house and will give honest opinions and options with buying the house. She also is very on top of showing the latest houses to make sure I would be able to jump on whichever one caught my interest first, while Im still looking she is very understand and still helping me and checking in when I will be up for buying a house again.

I called Sandra one day to sell a house we owned and was not updated. I was worried about how it would appear in photos but she convinced me it would be fine. It sure was! She posted the pictures that Saturday night and she called us on Sunday, she had a buyer. She took care of anything that needed to be communicated between us and the buyers, so by the time our settlement day came around (2 days before my sons wedding; so we were frazzled ) everything went without any problems. I would recommend Sandra to anyone and would certainly use her again when were ready to sell our house. Very professional yet very friendly and easy to work with. Her confidence and lovely laughter will put any worries you have at ease.
