ZillowVERIFIED When I first met Sandra, she came across as very friendly and knowledgeable about the housing market in our area and we agreed to list our home with her. Once we were under contract with her, things went downhill. She is very unorganized and had to be given the same information multiple times. She lied to us about completing tasks that were never done and was very unreliable. Although I think she did a good job of negotiating with the buyer on the final purchase price and repair agreements, she apparently did not understand the details of the contract and we found ourselves in a very stressful mess the day before we closed.
