ZillowVERIFIED Sandra was a great realtor. She went the extra mile to help us find a place to live even though we could not qualify to buy for a couple months. Sandra worked out a deal with the owner of a house we liked to allow us to rent until we could buy. Even upon closing of our house I had made a mistake reading some details that the title company needed and Sandra helped me solve them so I could close on time. Sandra will go above and beyond for her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED After listing my property with another local agent for 1 1/2 years without any success, I listed with Sandra. Within 6 months I had two offers, the second of which went through. I live out of state and I found Sandra to be very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. She also attended the signing with me. If you want to see action on a property in a very depressed housing market, I can strongly recommend Sandra King as your listing agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra has been very patient and understanding. We have been very difficult clients and it took us over a year to buy a home. She also helped us find a place to rent while we were looking for a home to purchase.Through it all she has been amazing and now we have a new home and a new friend! She does it all!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive had the pleasure of working with Sandra on many occasions, but most recently when buying my home. Sandra was enthusiastic about my search for my dream home. She was knowledgeable and realistic about what we could do and was fully prepared whenever we spoke. Each time I needed her help, she was available; she had all the contacts to help close the deal. Sandra made me feel like a priority because of her communication, level of engagement and positivity. Her attention to detail is outstanding and I know that she cares about her clients. Sandra is a driven, knowledgeable, detailed, and experienced professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra has been very helpful from the starting point to the closing and well beyond. We have a few things that were not left as we were told and she has been coordinating all the work still for me. She has gone over and beyond the call of duty for us. This has been a very stressful time and she has made things much better with her expertise and knowledge. She has excellent interpersonal skills !
