We had a few deals fall through and a new home that we were under contract to have built turned out to be a bust too. In the end though, Sandra stuck with us and was also quick to answer any and all questions and/or concerns we had. We could not have had a better real estate agent by our side throughout the entire home buying experience and in the end we found our dream house!

She helped me with properties in both Harford and Cecil counties. However, Sandra really proved her capabilities when it came time to make an offer, prepare the contract, and then deal with all the details (such as inspection, title agent, utility/service providers)! And when we closed on the house, she gave us a scrapbook, with photos of the house being built! It was just icing on the cake on a kind of customer service that went beyond the ordinary. Years later when we decided to sell the house (shortsale), we called her, and she was with us every step of the way again. She found us buyers one after another. And she negotiated in our behalf with the mortgage lender. It took a while to sell with the economy we are in, but in the end we did. We couldn't have done it without her.
