ZillowVERIFIED Sandra Gaumond listed my childhood home in late June, 2015 subsequent to my mothers passing. The historically registered 1911 home was in need of some repairs and upgrades prior to sale. Sandra walked me through her recommendations and created a widespread marketing plan aimed at potential multi-state buyers interested in historic Arizona homes. She was extremely thorough and displayed excellent follow-up skills throughout the course of the listing. She was assertive but not pushy, always working to create backup alternatives. When the first offer fell through just prior to closing, Sandra was quick to re-market the home and arrange showings. She rapidly found a new buyer and worked with their agent to elicit an offer. Never satisfied, she also found a backup buyer just in case of potential escrow issues. Throughout the escrow process, Sandra closely followed status, recommending and managing a couple of extensions to enable the buyer adequate time to complete steps necessary to secure financing. At the end, listing to closing time for a challenging home to market took 10 months. None of this could have been accomplished without Sandra Gaumonds highly competent professionalism and perseverance. I highly recommend Sandra to anyone.

I explained to Sandra what I was looking for (neighborhood, what exactly I was looking for in a new home, price range, convenience etc.). Sandra only showed me homes that fit my requirements. Once I found what I was looking for, she handled negotiations very professionally. She was excellent in helping with the inspection and working with my lender. She always kept me informed at all times. Have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime and feel she is the best agent I have ever worked with. To this day, 5 months after settlement, I feel I can contact her about any question I may have(which I have done) and she will be as responsive as she was when I was looking for a home. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SANDRA TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY OR SELL A HOME.
