Sandra went above & beyond to make the sell of my home possible. Shes very knowledgeable, kept me up to date at every step. Ran into a couple of hurdles dealing with my buyers potential buyers of her property, & Sandra had to deal with another realtor that wasnt as knowledgeable & advising her clients to back out. Long story short Sandra dealt with that realtor, the City, & made the deal cow together that was very close to falling apart.
