ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Sandra was an exceptional experience from start to finish. She truly made us feel like we were her only clients, always giving us her full attention and dedication. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a home, which made the entire process feel personalized and seamless. Since we were purchasing from out of state, we relied heavily on Sandra for guidanceaEUR"and she absolutely delivered. She conducted a virtual walkthrough of the home we ultimately purchased, and everything she showed and described was completely accurate. There were no surprises, and that level of trust and transparency meant everything to us. We are incredibly grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra was an absolute pleasure to work with. From top to bottom, she made the home buying experience a seamless process! As a first time buyer, I couldnt have been more elated with her level of knowledge and responsiveness in such an inflated market. If you are looking for someone to provide valuable industry knowledge, and go to bat for you 100% of the time, then Sandra is your gal!

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra was so helpful and continues to be even after the purchase of our home. We needed someone to be our eyes, ears and heart for we were buying from out of state and could not be here to see homes ourselves. Being new the area she continues to give us recommendations on local happenings and checks in with us. We couldnt not be happier that we worked with her.

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our home, we initially thought about trying to do it ourselves. In talking with Sandra about the process of selling, we were really impressed with her knowledge of the coastal home market, and the decision to bring her on as our sellers agent was a simple one. She made the process easy and hassle-free, and was very responsive to our ideas and questions. She helped us with staging, contractors, and inspections, as well as with the financial and legal aspects of the sale. Her professionalism was critical to our successful sale. Make the same great choice we did, and choose Sandra to help you sell your home!

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra Chisholm IS the realtor to use in Hampstead NC and the surrounding areas. I was lucky enough to stumble across Sandra on Facebook when we were looking to move to Hampstead. I sent her a message and she started working to find us our home right away. We were not local so Sandra was instrumental in finding the right home for us to look at when we came into town. She would also go above and beyond and send videos of homes when we couldnt get here to look. Hands down the best experience I have had buying a home! Recently she just helped us sale our Oak Island beach condo which was under contract in less than 2 weeks! She will always be the person I turn to for all my real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra Chisholm is awesome all around. Were a military family who received an unexpected notice to vacate our rental as the owner decided to sell. With our second baby on the way we knew we needed to act quickly. With 5+ years to go in North Carolina, we felt ready to purchase a home. Sandra not only sold us our very first house, but did it in less than a month. She helped us locate the perfect house for our growing family and did so with diligence, professionalism and a warm heart. Theres no real estate agent more driven, approachable or accessible anywhere! Sandras the bomb!

ZillowVERIFIED If there were more than 5 stars, Sandra would get them! My husband and I met Sandra at one of her open houses and mentioned that we were going to put our beach home on the market and she happened to be familiar with our house because she showed some of her clients a house that was next door to ours! Before we knew it, Sandra came by our home the same day to look at our house and gave us very valuable feedback! Of course we asked her to be our listing agent and never regretted that decision for a moment! We had an offer on our home within 3 days, all because of a video feature called aEURoematter portaEUR? that Sandra had her photographer use. The person who bought our house lived 4 hours away and couldnt drive to see the house in person and was able to tour our house using this specific type of video. Trust me it is not the typical video tour that most Real Estate agencies use, it is very high tech and makes you feel like you are actually in the house! There was a lot of drama that occurred despite the quick sale, due to hurricane Florence which came through Topsail Island, NC and hovered there, and with that we lost some roof tiles. No damage to the inside of the house, however, the buyer wanted the roof fixed, it was difficult finding a roofer because just about everyone needed a roofer. Somehow, Sandra found one, because she is remarkable! There were many, many more hiccups that occurred, and which were not easy to deal with, but Sandra was our champion, she stood by us and helped us every step of the way! If you are looking for an agent to sell your home, I highly, highly recommend Sandra! She is by far one of the most professional, knowledgeable and kindest person that you could ever want meet or have as an agent! She also helped us find another home inland! So if you are looking to sell or buy a home, contact Sandra, I promise it will be one of the wisest and best decisions that you will make in this most important time in your life!

ZillowVERIFIED Ours was a particularly difficult sale as we had full time renters in the home who really did not like it being shown. Sandra worked her way through that obstacle with persistence and skill. We have bought and sold many homes in NC and other states. Sandra is by far the most skilled agent we have ever worked with. I researched many realistate companies and agents prior to listing with her and her name consistantly drew praise. I highly recommend her if you are a buyer or seller....she is a true professional!

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra is an excellent realtor who is responsive to her clients in every way. We were moving from out of the area so we counted on her expertise of the area. She would do videos for us if needed and was always available to show us homes when we were in town. She would listen to all the pros/cons of each house and adjust our searches to narrow down to find our dream home. We just moved in and could not be happier! Sandra was the right choice!
