Liz assisted me with purchase of my first house a few years ago (investment property with renters in RI) and she walked me through the process and educated me on a lot of real estate knowledge I can never thank her enough for. Then when my husband and I were considering purchasing a new home of our own this year to relocate back to CT area, I didn't hesitate to reach out to Liz again. After hearing horror stories from our friends about how frustrating the home buying process has been this past year for them.... lasting months with homes selling quickly, well over asking price, bidding wars and seller demands were were worried if the timing was right before we reached out. But, after talking through these concerns with Liz and with her by our side, we didn't deal with any of these issues and once again the process was so easy. We feel so fortunate to have had her support and guidance, we couldn't be happier with the decision to reach out to her!!! We trust Liz fully in all aspects of this process. She is a fabulous communicator, always answered our calls/texts immediately whether morning or night and understood our demanding work schedules and what worked best for us to communicate during the daytime.
