ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently closed a transaction where Sandra K Ballew was on the other side, and it was a great experience from start to finish. As the transaction coordinators, we truly appreciate working with agents who are professional, responsive, and proactive. Communication was clear, paperwork was handled promptly, and any challenges were addressed with a positive attitude. Its always a pleasure working with agents who help make the process smooth for everyone involved. Wed be happy to work together again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding! Obviously Sandra was very familiar with the area which was very important as we were moving from Memphis. She followed up timely with all our questions and served as an intermediate with potential sellers. She was there for us when we got nervous. And most importantly, she is honest and trustworthy, I'm glad to call her our first new friend! Highly recommend Sandra!

ZillowVERIFIED We began our search for a second home in Arkansas in 2020 and we found it difficult to find a realtor that seemed interested in doing more than answer emails and return phone calls about properties that we found online ourselves until we met Sandra. She worked late nights and weekends with us to find the right property and made multiple offers over a 4 month period that we werent successful in closing until we were finally the first to make an offer on a home that checked all of the boxes on our list. Looking back, finding and making the offer was the easy part. Sandra battled with us through the negotiation process after inspections, kept us on track with contractual deadlines and brought our deal back from being dead at least twice by working closely with the selling agent and managing our expectations. We learned a lot about the buying process in Arkansas and when the time comes for us to sell and buy another Arkansas property, we hope that Sandra will be there with us every step of the way again. We highly recommend connecting with Sandra and let her help you find your dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra was an amazing help in our buying process! We have worked with several realtors over the years and she is one of the absolute best. She was extremely accommodating and responsive throughout the whole process. If your husband is anything like mine, rain would make him change his mind about buying another house, go with Sandra! He is an introvert and she made him so comfortable he was excited to look at more houses! Thank you so much for getting us in our new home Sandra!

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra did a great job. She listed our home and in 24 hours, after 6 views we had 4 offers. Sandra walked us through each offer and told us which ones were better and why. After a week our original buyer fell through and she had us 2 more offers in less than a day. Sandra did a great job, was a great communicator and got us the best deal we could get. I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra Ballew went above and beyond for us! She is in Arkansas, we are in Memphis. Sandra did two videos walk through of homes with us so we did not have to make the trip. She is very knowledgeable of the areas and had plenty of homes for us to see when we made the trip over. She treated as us friends more than clients!. Highly recommend her to help find your dream home!!

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra took my wife and I for granted from day one. Because the market was so hot, all customer service went right out the window. We were very motivated buyers, with a lease running out, some time was an issue to find a home to purchase. Sandra would fall off the radar for weeks at a time. She belittled the budget we were working with. And she made it clear through her inaction, the commission on a $325,000 sale wasn't motivation for her.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra is great, this is the third property she has helped us purchase. She is friendly, knowledgeable of the area and Arkansas real estate laws. She is dependable and follows through. She even went as far as recommending a client rent land from us until he found the right property. She looks out for you even after the deal is done!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with our realtor Sandra Ballew has been nothing less than stellar. She is very experienced, responsive, and a true epitomy of "can-do" attitude with sunniest disposition. She dealt with very difficult personalities with constant communication and grace all throughout the home buying process. She is the only realtor I will work with in the state of Arkansas, and have recommended her to our new community. She will make things happen for you!

ZillowVERIFIED We had such a extremely great experience with Sandra and EXP reality! Not only is Sandra very professional and fun to work with, she is super knowledgeable of the Heber Springs and Lake Greers Ferry home market. Coordinating a home search from out of town can be challenging, but Sandra made it so easy, always accommodating our schedule as we traveled in from out of state. She was there for us from start to finish, always answering any questions we had and looking out for our interests. We are so thankful for all of the hard work she put in to help us buy our new dream lake home!! Even after the closing Sandra took the time introduce us to our new home town by showing us around the area and taking us to a beautiful lookout site on Greers Ferry Lake. Thanks Sandra for an enjoyable experience and our new home! Ken & Amy

She was very responsive to phone calls, emails, and texts. She made sure we were alerted at any change or deadline we needed to meet and took away our worry. I feel like she did her homework in the area we were looking in and advised us on making reasonable offers so that we knew we were getting the most out of our money. ZillowVERIFIED First time i have worked with Sandra Ballew. I was very impressed with her professionalism. She was always courteous, and prompt on returning phone calls, emails and text messages. She even made herself available afterhours and on weekends. She was great at communications taking the time to explain how and why things worked in the realestate market. She also demonstrated character and integrity as I was about to make a few mistakes regarding sales protocol and she kindly redirected me back to what was the right thing to do. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with Sandra over several months to find a lake or river lot to build our retirement home in a couple of years. We are in a very hot market; and though we were somewhat vague in what we were after, she was very patient and kept presenting multiple properties for our consideration. Ultimately she presented a property just as it was coming on the market; and within 48 hours we had an executed Offer & Acceptance. I highly recommend Sandra to anyone interested in residential property in the Heber Springs, North Central Arkansas area.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is a stressful and sometimes emotional process. Overtime, Sandra felt more like a friend than just an agent. She was always there to answer any question, sometimes the same question multiple times. She guided us through the entire process and kept us informed daily of how things were moving along. We are so excited about our new house. It is the perfect fit. We would recommend Sandra to anyone who wants that personal relationship and support.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandra was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our entire home search. When other agents took weeks to respond and treated us like just "another paycheck", Sandra treated us like family. She always responded to us the same day, usually within a few hours, and made sure that we were involved in the entire process. Sandra knew we were motivated and taking the lead in our search, so she was willing to sit back and let us do our thing while giving us the benefit of her experience. Sandra cared about what we wanted and that we would be happy. She took the time to speak to us and work with us...even when she was on vacation! Sandra is the best!
