ZillowVERIFIED If I buy in Texas this is the only real estate agent I would go with. Sandon was quick on all fronts and made it very clear that he was there to serve me more than make money. House-buying in this area is extraordinarily competitive but Sandon made it stress free in finding us a home in the location we were looking for, putting us in touch with a mortgage company, communicating with that mortgage company, and finding us insurance on the home as well as car insurance since we moved in from another state. All in all Sandon made the whole experience stress free!

He has experience as a home builder and pointed out some errors our remodel crew made and we got them fixed before we paid. We even had a drawer that had broken and could not be easily replaced without looking different from the others. I emailed three realities listed below the listing. Sandon was the first one to call me back and offered me a Realitor partner, Chad, to go see it the next morning. From there on out it was nothing but the best buying and selling experience we have ever had. They did more for us then they had to. Chad always responded to my text or calls quickly. We looked at many houses and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We ended up selling out house for over the list price and made enough money to cover the conventional loan down payment of our new house. Even though we didn't get the first 3 houses we were interested, we love the 4th house we bought more than any one we saw. We were in town with a very limited and tight schedule, but Sandon and Mai was able to magically schedule and make the most out of our 1 1/2 days house hunting there. With Dallas having so many great neighborhoods, Sandon spent time listen to our needs and was able to narrow the list down to something manageable for us to choose from. He even modified the list and rerouted in real time (he and Mai are so good with technology and so well coordinated, thought I was watching Mission Impossible!) as he learned what we like or not like, and spent his evenings re-adjusting the list for the next day!His knowledge of Dallas area is just phenomenal, we completely trust him on which areas to buy or not to buy. I contacted five realtors in no particular order (via zillow), and the Sandon Smith Team just happened to be the last inquiry I sent... and was the FIRST to call me. That shows how quick they are to respond! Mikey Bernard was my real estate agent, and he was absolutely great. He guided us every step of the way (with the help of the amazing guide packet that he wrote!). He has a great sense of humor and was a delight to shop with. He seemed genuinely happy to meet with us or talk with us, was proactive with questions and concerns, but also took the time to get to know our preferences. He was great with our young children, accomodating, and brought a wealth of information for possibilities with upgrades everywhere we went, along with a ballpark figure for how much it would cost to do them. Everything he said he would do for us was followed through on and usually much faster than we expected. He kept us posted on negotiations, got us a far better price than we thought was possible. I would use him again in a heartbeat!
