Sandy was wonderful to work with! She knows what buyers are looking for and used that to market the house. She was always quick to respond to questions and communicated clearly and honestly with us. We had a aEURoekick outaEUR? clause in the initial contract which we did not understand at all. She explained and handled the situation perfectly for us and we received exactly what we wanted. If we ever sell again I will be calling Sandi!!!
