She was very pleasant, extremely professional and knowledgeable about the industry and the homes and leases across Colorado that fit my criteria. During these difficult economic times she was excited and willing to help me find a lease with an option that would work for my family and I. Knowing she would most likely not make any commission until the home closed, which could be up to two years on the lease I was inquiring about. Eventually, over a period of many viewings and homes she shared with me, she found our new home, and because of her relationship with several banks we decided to move to a purchase instead of a close. After visiting the house, four other agents didnt even return calls. The place was small, not updated, and not in good condition so it didnt represent a huge commercial opportunity for any realtor. But Sandi treated us as any other client, going out of her way to help get the place sold. She worked closely with people we hired to empty the place out; coordinated the closing and worked with neighbors, and the county to manage the sale. We were out east, so she handled the deal for us while onsite. We relied on her as our eyes in IL. This was a difficult situation for us -- moving elderly parents from a home theyve lived in for decades. We couldnt have done it without Sandi. We can recommend her in the strongest terms possible for anyone seeking a combination of a real human touch and true professionalism in a realtor.
