ZillowVERIFIED Sunny helped my husband and I buy our first home. We cold-called a couple of realtors based on Zillow reviews, and he was the first to call back (some others never even responded). We had already found the home we ended up buying, but wanted to be sure we were making the right choice. Sunny took us on a great tour of comparable houses around the area so we could get a sense of the market beyond just surfing Zillow. He was always very responsive and helpful, to our benefit he went through our criteria and showed us a much better home in the area. It's much better to view a home through Sunny as he showed us some very good homes we could have found on our own. He is very knowledgeable about the area, knows the inventory well and was a great negotiator. We proceeded to buy a home through Sunny and are glad we called him. We love our house, we loved working with Sunny, and I trust him enough that I've just introduced him to my mother to work with her on buying a house in the area.

I was able to continue my crazy work schedule as Sunny continued to hammer out the ins and outs of what was quite a selling process. He did absolutely everything, yet kept my mind at ease with daily emails and text messages so that I knew, exactly what was going on. ZillowVERIFIED My youngest son was looking to purchase his first home after being restationed to Long island from Hickam AFB in Hawaii. My husband and I live in Ohio and I was trying to find a reputable Agent that could assist our son in Long Island and also keep us as informed as possible throughout the process. My internet research brought me to Douglas Elliman. After speaking with Douglas Elliman on the phone, they promptly put me in contact with Sunny . I explained our situation and then gave them the contact information for our son. Sunny contacted him immediately and got the house hunting process started without delay. My son quickly found the home that was perfect for him and Sunny did a great job of guiding him through his first home purchase from beginning to end. Fortunately, my husband and I were able to attend the closing (less than a month later) and before we left, Sunny said to us " If things ever go wrong, please don't hesitate to call us. We take care of our customers even after the closing." Right after taking possession of the house, my sons central air went out. Although he had a one year Home Warranty, he was told by the company that it would not be covered because it was a pre-existing condition, even though no problems were noted in the home inspection and the unit was operational at closing. My son and I called Sunny right away and told him what was going on and he contacted the company . The two of them went to work immediately to resolve the situation. Despite their best efforts over several days and numerous phone calls, they could not get the warranty company to repair or replace the unit. That is when they stepped it up a notch and ALL PITCHED IN to replace the unit themselves! They even persuaded the seller and the warranty company to pitch in! They did this because IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO and because as they told us from day one... " he makes things right for their customers." It really speaks volumes that all of them would step up to the plate and stand behind our son (and his pushy parents) and help him in this terrible situation. What a comfort it was to know that our son had people with so much integrity in his corner! If you are looking for a Realtor, STOP right now and look no further than Sunny at douglas elliman ! You won't find a Real Estate agent with higher standards or better customer service! Rest assured , he will have your back from start to finish just like they did for us!
