ZillowVERIFIEDWe began working with Sandee in the spring of 2022 as we were determining exactly what it was that we wanted to purchase, a house, townhouse, or condo and where. Sandee was very patient as we went through our process and Sandee was great at putting properties in front of us to review which really helped us understand exactly what we were looking for. The day we walked into the home we purchased, she knew, and we knew immediately that THIS WAS THE HOUSE! Sandee knew that this house would not be on the market long and she guided us on how we needed to proceed if we wanted to purchase this house. Sandee walked us through the entire process and today we are extremely happy with our new purchase and know we purchased a great house at a great price! We strongly recommend Sandee to others looking for an agent to help them with their real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED If youd ask me today (a few days after hurricane Ian hit SW Florida), how would I rate Sandees professional qualities, Id start with the note that ZILLOW does not have enough 5-star ratings. Because Sandee deserves to be rated at 5-Stars Plus! Sandee was recommended to us as a great real estate agent who helped our friends to buy a house in Sarasota earlier this year. We live in MD, and we started working with Sandee in May 2022, when we first came to Sarasota to find a new home. Three and a half months later, multiple properties seen (some rejected by us, some contracts lost due to still hot Sarasota real estate market) we finally bought a home in a desirable area and exactly the type we wanted. Sandee patiently worked with us all this time. She also helped us with selection of home inspection and title companies. For many real estate agents work with the client ends on the day of the home sale. But not for Sandee! To my complete surprise she called me a day after devastating Ian hit Sarasota area and told me shed stop by our home to see if theres any damage from hurricane. Isnt this a great service or what? As I said earlier ZILLOW does not have enough 5-Star ratings for Sandee.

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time buyers in Florida (moving from NJ) and knew nothing about the Sarasota area. We were so lucky to have found Sandee online. She was professional, experienced, personable and way beyond helpful with us in our search. We were on a very tight timeline and Sandee took care of it all for us. We looked at numerous homes, all beautiful. Sandee knew exactly what we were looking for and she personally took us to see each and every home in a 3 day span. Sandee found the perfect home for us. There was no question we couldnt ask and Sandee was ahead of the game every time. Sandee went out of her way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new home in Sarasota. She is the BEST.

ZillowVERIFIED In a very difficult market, Sandee helped us find our new Venice Fl home and we were so grateful for her expertise and competence in all areas of the local real estate market. Her patience and positivity enabled us to persevere. She helped us to stay on schedule with all the tasks such as inspections, financing, utility turn-ons through and beyond closing. She loves her job and excels at it. As she told us, this is the biggest purchase of our lives and she wanted us to be confident we were making the right choices. We feel so blessed we had her to help us.

ZillowVERIFIED I was extremely pleased with Sandee! She is responsive, knowledgeable of the area and demonstrated strong expertise in the buying process during such a volatile market. As a busy, out-of-state buyer during a very hot sellers market, finding the right home was obviously quite a challenge. However, Sandee went out of her way to make the process as simple as possible, helping me to see homes remotely via live video tour or pictures and comprehensive descriptions. Thanks to Sandee, I found the perfect home in no more than a couple weeks. I couldnt be happier with the high level of service she provided.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandee helped me to find and get the perfect home for me. She was so gracious and quite honestly, went beyond what was expected to make sure all my bases were covered. She was even there for me after the sale-something that is hard to find these days in business. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Sarasota area.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandee did an amazing job in selling our Lakewood Ranch home. When we moved out of the area, we left behind a long list of things that needed to be addressed to make our home fit to sell. Sandee did an incredible job of QUICKLY lining up a variety of COMPETENT contractors at REASONABLE PRICES and seeing the work through to completion, saving us from what might otherwise have been a very stressful situation. Just as importantly, she rapidly generated buyer interest, gave us solid advice on pricing, and ultimately netted us significantly more money than we were expecting.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the most pleasant experience working with Sandee. She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in the decision making process without being pushy. She is also a professional who takes time to get to know her clients. She knew exactly what we wanted (especially me, knowing that I am a visual person) and was able to communicate that to the sellers and even in the choice of homes that she showed us so that we werent going around to see homes that we had no interest in. She was always available to help us and answer our questions when we called. She went above and beyond for us especially as we are out of town clients. Sandee continues to help us even after closing and has become a friend to us. I would highly recommend Sandee.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandees marketing plan for my house was very professional from the photography to the property flyers. She made sure my house was ready for each showing and also checked it after to assure all lights were turned off. I am sure that her attention to all details attributed to its quick sale. I would certainly recommend her to anyone listing their house.

ZillowVERIFIED We made the move from Georgia and Sandee was patient and didnt rush us into committing to a home. She was familiar with all of the local neighborhoods and filled us in on surrounding areas while we were there. She was responsive, always on time, and very attentive to our needs. I would 100% refer her for anyone looking for a house. I cant think of one single complaint about Sandee. She will take care of you and make sure you find the one that is perfect for you and your family. Thanks Sandee!!! :)
