Sam also spent the time to educate us on which repairs required a general or specific contractor vice a handyman and negotiate the appropriate request; saving us thousands of dollars. Sam was always aware of what step of the process we were in an followed up/tracked status--we never felt lost-in-the-shuffle or like we were one-of-many clients.
