ZillowVERIFIEDI got a list of a few of the highest volume realtors/brokers in the zip code, and invited all of them to interview for my business. I found Sammy's name and decided to interview her. Prior to the interview, I casually asked an attorney friend of mine about Sammy Robinson. My friend said "during cases where a property MUST get sold quickly, the judges often pick Sammy Robinson because she always gets the job done. She is amazing, you need to pick her." We had an interview with Sammy, and she said all the right things. The property was part of a neighborhood of about 100 homes where there were only 3 or 4 different models of homes (track homes). As luck would have it, 2 homes that were IDENTICAL to ours were already for sale within a 1 block radius. They had similar upgrades, and were in similar condition. Both of those homes had been on the market for over a month for $365K. I asked Sammy how much she thought she could get for the home and she said "let's try $379k." I was shocked and quite skeptical. I was speechless when she had the home in escrow for full asking price after 4 days on the market. But, as we all know- opening escrow doesn't always mean a successful sale. To put it mildly, the agent on the other end of the deal (buyers agent) was difficult to work with. Sammy took care of every single detail and communicated with us along the way. Escrow closed two days ago. Sammy is worth every penny of her commission. We are selling another (rental) property in 9 months, and we are definitely going to use Sammy to sell it. She's extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and she'll get you the highest net for your property. I've never worked with her as a buyer- but if I were choosing a buyers agent, I'd pick her for sure.
