Review Working with Samira was an absolute pleasure. As a first time home buyer I was extremely cautious and had a ton of questions that I needed answered before I felt comfortable moving forward. She was always responsive and answered all of my questions immediately or within the hour, every single time. After the first home I put an offer on wasn't accepted she quickly found me another dream home. I would not have found and closed on this property if it wasn't truly for Samira's creative and diligent efforts. As an investor you need an agent on your side who you can trust. When I decide to purchase in the future I am absolutely using Samira's services again. Even after the closing, she is always ready and available to provide assistance. It is a no brainer that if you are in the market to purchase or sell Real Estate then Samira is the agent you need on your side.

While we chose to set the price at an aspirationally high number, her strategy allowed us to get multiple full value offers after the first weekend. Not only that, but she skillfully navigated all of the tenant and sale issues that pop up between offer to closing. Over the years of buying and selling investment properties, I've dealt with numerous agents. But I can say without reservation that Samira was the finest agent that I have ever worked with. She was on top of every issue, every meeting, every call and every problem. (2) Local area knowledge- she grew up in Syracuse and knows the neighborhoods and respective comps very well. She will stir you in the right direction. (3) Availability - She makes herself available and most times answers her phone or returns within an hour. This is a great trait to have, where some realtors take a very long time. (4) Professionalism - She doesn't push a sale and wants to make sure that the client gets what they actually want. (5) Basic House Construction Knowledge - surprisingly very familiar with technical terms and evaluating status of mechanicals as well as issues in the homes. (6) Eager and willing to do the work where others will not. I think Samira is the best agent I have dealt with and I wholeheartedly recommend her.
