One thing that I love about Sameer is that (and I told him too) is that he knows his jobs and very quickly realizes clients needs and this makes working with him very easy and hassle-free! He is very kind, genuine, professional and PATIENT! He knows the market pretty well and gives you great consults when you ask but doesnt impose his opinions on you, which gives you the space required to make your decisions; something that a lot of agents dont do! Another thing that I love about him is that he has a process and that makes working with him really easy! We were with an agent for two months and we were able to see only 2 homes because he was juggling between clients and wasting everybodys time! With Sameer, we were able to see over 60 homes in less than a month and decide pretty quickly on a very hot market during the pandemic!!!! The way it worked is that he has some showing agents, which do the showing job and he focuses himself on the communication/scheduling/negotiation/offer etc and this saves a lot of time both for him and the clients! So, I made a Google sheet at the beginning and was adding the homes that we liked/searched and our time availabilities on that and he was looking at it and scheduling the homes back to back based on location and assign a showing agent! So, we were able to see sometimes 10 or 12 homes in a week and this made us be able to move and decide pretty quickly in a harsh seller market! And then finally, the best of all is the rebate, which is the icing on the top of the cake!
