Her genuineness, combined with her ability to fight for the lowest price for myself and my married partner is what truly won us over. As a clinical psychologist, clear communication, insight, and a superior level of expertise is something that I was looking for and expect in a real estate agent. When we did not receive that in our first agent, we changed immediately. Thankfully, Samaria won our hearts over with her diligence and speed in which she responded to our queries. As new home buyers, the process was understandably daunting, however, Samaria was able to coach us through and always had us smiling and laughing. Throughout this experience I found out that I am a picky buyer, however, this did not deter Samaria from finding homes that fit within this framework. As a psychologist, I am all too aware that home buying is the #3 stressor an individual can go through, so needless to say I was not excited about beginning this venture. Fortunately, Samaria only showed us houses that fit the criteria we provided to her, which significantly cut down on wasting time (and time is money) viewing undesirable homes. After talking with several of my friends who have purchased homes, I realized that Samaria is easily in the top 1% of real estate agents. My partner and I have already discussed that she will be our #1 recommendation when people ask about home purchasing, and we will undoubtedly be using her in the future when/if we decide to move.
