ZillowVERIFIEDSamanthia did an excellent job of helping us purchase a lot on which to build our home. The closing went super smoothly. Her communication skills were outstanding. Initially we had been looking for an existing home, but were not having any luck. She suggested building and we were able to find it and put in an offer that was accepted. We would not hesitate to use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Samanthia and Sabel went above and beyond to get our house for us. It was very time consuming and and my nerves were frazzled but they were very patient. It was awesome having a go-between for the lender as I didn't know how everything was supposed to work. From beginning to end, we were kept updated and it was very appreciated! KUDOS!!

ZillowVERIFIED Sam was great, she and her associate, Sabel were knowledgeable and helped us through the process. They are also approachable and friendly, not pushing, exactly the kind of realtors I liked. I will use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Samantha was wonderful, we were connected to her about a house we were interested in. She let us look at a house and put in an offer all in the same day. Samanthia is right on top of things, she sent me detailed emails already that evening with everything I needed to know about purchasing this home. I was also able to call her even if I had the dumbest question and she would find an answer and get back to me right away. I highly recommended Samanthia.

ZillowVERIFIED She was so proactive and helpful, and lent a great personality to the whole process. I couldn't be more pleased! Her marketing avenues were terrific and her interaction with the other realtors who looked at my house showed insight and excellent follow through. I never had to ask a question...she was already on the phone or email to tell me before I hit send :) Marvelous!

ZillowVERIFIED My mother's house sold in less than 3 weeks, with nearly immediate showings. Samantha handled all the details with "no surprises." It was a nice house at a reasonable price; however, we think the "first page exposure" she was able to get us was what drew people in.

ZillowVERIFIED When I first met Samanthia we were looking at houses a lower price range. I think something told her that wasn't my "cup of tea" For giggles she asked me to go look at a house that she had an open house and I walked through and love it. Several months later it was a sign the house was still on the market and it is mine today. Thank you Samanthia for knowing something and showed me that house!

ZillowVERIFIED Sam was great through the whole process of us buying a home. After the sale, we encountered a couple major issues with the house and she was able to go back to the selling party and get them to cover the expense of the fixes! She is very knowledgeable about real estate and a wonderful person to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Samanthia worked hard to make sure we saw properties that were in our scope--even one that was not quite on the market yet. She was invested in our happiness--offering advise that focused on items we had not yet thought of. She was knowledgeable in our loan officer's company and its processes. Samanthia always replied to texts, e-mails and phone calls promptly and with requested information. She anticipated our requests and researched answers before our questions were asked.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Sam and THE BRUNKER HOME TEAM is great. Samanthia and Mary have a total of 28 years in the business, as of December 2014 Karen has gotten her license and joined the team. Although she is new to the business she is a quick learner. Sam is a great leader and the 3 of them are very outgoing, are waiting to help find your dream home, or sell your current property. Give them a call you won't regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED Twelve years ago we met with Samanthia in search of a home. Our very first home! Her warm smile and honest answers put us at ease right away. With her help, we found the perfect home for our family and spent 12 happy years there! Now that most of the kids are grown with families of their own, and it's time to down-size, she once again is helping us through another First. The selling of our home. We are so grateful to have her "in our corner" and highly recommend her to anyone/everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Samanthia makes every sales transaction smooth. She is helpful in obtaining necessary information and guides the buyer through the process. I would feel comfortable recommending Samanthia to a potential buyer. She is also very knowledgeable in the construction process. She makes her clients feel comfortable and is prompt in responding to inquiries. She knows our area well, including Sauk City and Prairie du Sac.

ZillowVERIFIED I bought my first home back in 2001 when Samanthia was just getting into real estate. She showed me 5-6 homes before I found the one I wanted. We got the home for a fair price and then in 2014 we sold it to get a bigger home for my growing family. She helped us find reasonable priced contractors to take care of a couple things after inspection before we could sell the home. She helped us find a home to rent while we were in transition--we looked for 3 months and finally found a home out of town and in our price range after some negotiations. She tried very hard to get the answers we needed from the latest home seller-- and we were very pleased with our purchase. Thanks Samanthia!
