ZillowVERIFIEDWe'd like to thank Sam for standing up for us throughout this whole process and making absolutely sure we received what we wanted from the sale. She was efficient and transparent, and the sale went great. Thank you Sam.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe couldnt have asked for a better realtor to help us buy our first home! Sam is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and truly made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. She always had our best interests in mind, answered every question we had, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Were so grateful for everything she did to help us find our first home and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently closed on our home and could not have asked for a better realtor throughout the entire process. Samantha really kept us grounded through all the ups and downs of searching for a home in this market. She genuinely cared about us beyond just the sale and even had a card signed by our new neighbors waiting for us for moving day. It was such a thoughtful touch and is what makes Samantha such a great realtor. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
ZillowVERIFIEDSamantha was a gift a true gift! Sam, helped my family to both sell our home and buy another home. Sam sold our home in less than 2 months. I has asked Sam to not put up a "For Sale" sign our front lawn. This of course didn't help with our home sale exposure, but Sam nevertheless found a way. This it turned out was the easy part. We accepted a firm offer from a a buyer, but now the hard part began, to find our "forever home." Sam took us to open houses and countless house tours till we found the right one. That's when things got difficult. The buyers of our home were having difficulties with financing. We couldn't get any information as to why. Sam worked tirelessly with our lawyer and mortgage broker to get this deal done. Our mortgage broker described Sam as "Relentless." This was a perfect description of Samantha. Sam will not stop, Sam will not give up, Sam will not let you down! This story ends well, both sales were completed and we moved into our new home a short time ago. We still contact Sam for advise on kitchen contractors, electricians and HVAC. If you are buying or selling a home or just wondering what your home is worth, my advise to you is, call Sam. If you don't, you most likely will deal with someone who isn't looking out for your best interests, and definitely someone who isn't as relentless as Samatha! Our story ended well, yours may not!
