From listing to closing, the transaction was made seamless by her command of the process. She made some simple recommendations to allow the home to be shown in the best possible light. By performing a market analysis for my property, she was able to establish a listing price that was both realistic and in my desired asking price range. By pricing it accordingly, multiple offers were submitted within days of listing and the sale was finalized within a week. Throughout, Samantha was responsive to my inquiries and kept me apprised at every development.
