ZillowVERIFIED Above and beyond are only two of the many superlatives that come to mind when I think about my buying experience with Samantha and Brady. Coming from out of town, we had little knowledge of the local communities, laws, etc. and they spent the better part of 3 entire days showing us 12-15 houses while driving a couple hundred miles. After choosing the right house, Samantha did not press us to accept an original above market counter, even if that wouldve been a higher commission. In the end, we got the place we wanted, for a very fair price. After the close, they have continued to support our transition, driving out to the property multiple times for lock changes, security, etc. They realize this is a relationship business and we are happy to say we will never need to look for another realtor on the coast.

Recently completing a cross country move from Florida to Oregon and needing to purchase a home sight unseen it was of upmost importance that we had a realtor that was trustworthy, communicative, and hard working. Samantha is all of those and more. She was able to provide us with extensive videos of each property we were interested in and give her unbiased opinion about location and condition. When it came time to negotiate we were able to secure an amazing property that was initially out of our price range.
