ZillowVERIFIEDSamantha was an absolute rockstar. I work in the Real Estate industry in NC and finding Samantha for this SC transaction couldnt have been more perfect. I know what right and wrong look like in real estate and shes absolutely amazing. She was so actively involved throughout and helped us navigate negotiations with a very non responsive listing agent and sellers. I cannot recommend Samantha enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I happened to meet Samantha through Zillow when I was searching for a property in an area new to me. I knew almost immediately that she would be the one to find my family the perfect home to meet our needs. She listened, was patient and polite, knowledgeable (and when unsure, researched the facts for a quick response). She was professional yet down to earth which helped us develop a friendly and honest business relationship. I had worked with other realtors in SC when trying to decide exactly where we wanted to be, being from NY it was sort of a needle in a haystack. However Samantha was able to focus in on what was important to us. I would recommend her services and expertise and am honored to thank her publicly!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Sam was wonderful. My fiancA(C)e, James, and I used Sam to purchase a second home. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the current market. We were most impressed with the communication. She was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Through my buying process Samantha was responsive and did her due diligence on everything I requested. She made it seem effortless. This was my 5th home I have purchased and it was the smoothest transaction to date. I would highly recommend her service. Samantha, thank you again for your attentiveness.

ZillowVERIFIED Samantha was a pleasure to work with. I reached out in regards to obtaining a current market value on my home and she was very helpful. She seemed to have a good understanding of the current market. She was very knowledgeable on the area and had a general idea of what homes were selling for in my area. The estimated home value and detailed explanation she provided gave me a clear picture of what I could realistically expect to sell my home for. I haven't listed my house yet but when I do she will be my agent.
