1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Start early by speaking with a lender. A great lender can help narrow down your price range, show you ways to improve credit and give loans options to help you meet your goals and make financilly responsible decisions that work for YOU.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with investors I've yet to meet in person, parents looking to purchase for their Aggie students, locals looking to upgrade or downsize, first time buyers and many people looking to purchase and relocate to the area. Each has their unique needs and occasionally challenges but all so rewarding!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My own purchase! Purchasing a new builder home has been a humbling experience that has reminded me of the challengers and stressors that come along with any home purchase. It has helped me better relate to those struggles and celebrate the highs right along with my buyers and sellers. It was a good reminder of what it feels like to be on the other side.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I believe I am one of the few people in the world who can say that are doing when they answered "What do you want to be when you grow up?" - In 6th grade, my family relocated to the Rio Grande Valley and it was my first taste of home shopping. I was hooked! The dream stayed just a dream until I relocated to BCS in 2007 and explored the industry as I worked my way up from part time receptionist of a RE company to office manager to buyer's agent to full time sales agent.
