You see we grew up with the Jones and if something happened well... they are still close friends. After a day of feeling ignored or pressured at other open houses by other realtors, Sam was cheerful and informative. We felt comfortable with her right away. We decided to use her skills and guidance as we searched for houses. We started in February and went out about every other week with Sam to look at houses. She always made us feel like a priority and she was focused when with us. There were times when she even added a house or two to our list when we went out together. We finally found a house to bid on after searching for 3 months. Unfortunately, the deal fell through! We were all the way to the appraisal part and there was a lot of back and forth with the realtors. Sam stayed positive for us, but when it was clear that the deal was a no-go, she got us right back out and looking. At no point did she express frustration or like she felt this was taking forever...and we took up a lot of her time! I appreciate her professionalism and encouragement throughout the process. Our first deal fell through because of an inspection and after that, she took us to a TON of homes to find the perfect home for us. ZillowVERIFIED We randomly met Sam while viewing a property that she was listing. It became apparent very quickly that she had tremendous knowledge of the area we were interested in. However, what was most impressive was that she took the time to really get to know us and understand what was truly important to us. We were pretty pick but she never made us feel that way. Rather than just try to talk us into a home that we probably could have been talked into, she just kept working to find us the perfect fit. We couldn't be happier with the service she provided us. Even though our sale is long over with we still keep in touch with Sam and consider her a friend. She is always available if we have any questions about the area or anything else.
