She helped me through the entire process, including all the emotions of such a large purchase! She was super patient with me and answered all my questions. I went to a few open houses on my own and 9 times out of 10, the selling agents I met had worked with her before. Samantha and I found a great condo. The agent wouldn't explore other ways to help us aside from checking the MLS and I felt defeated so I decided to move on. We had a consultation with Samantha and I made sure to ask whether she is able and willing to help us beyond what's available on the MLS and she provided several examples of how she can help. Within 2 weeks (our second offer with her) we were in contract!!! I couldn't believe it!! Samantha is extremely responsive, works well via text/email/call, informs you why the seller is selling while we are touring the home, and works to understand what you're looking for and provide you with options/ideas. She is able to advise whether homes are overpriced and work to see whether we have a shot at getting a home on the higher end of our budget. She works with the listing agent and constantly follows up to gauge our competition and provides advice on how we should structure our offer, once the offer is in, she will consistently follow up with the agent on status. She even helped us write a letter to the seller without us knowing! Once in contract, she sends you a timeline of what to expect and will remind you of the deadlines. Samantha spends a lot of time understanding what will make her clients happy. She has perfect balance of dream and reality which is very much needed in a competitive housing marker like bay area.
