She was beyond responsive when I had any questions or issues. I went in to this process having no idea what to expect. Her team did a great job explaining things to me. I had million questions about what to expect and how things worked. Never once did I feel like I was a burden. I needed help communicating with my bank, Samantha's assistance made a huge difference. The staff I dealt with were extremely pleasant and professional. Having Samantha to answer my constant and unending questions really made this transaction tolerable for me. We met after a prompt response to an internet listing, and she was fast to WOW us with her fun and interacting approach to evaluating each property. Samantha made herself readily available and was always willing to show us any property in which we took interest. She works with a fabulous team, who were always available to assist in any showing or meeting to fit our demanding schedules. Once we had found our perfect home, Samantha was fast to suggest several attorneys and inspectors to aid us in the closing process, whilst negotiating and sharing information from and to the sellers. Her knowledge of the local area, recommendations for other properties that might meet our needs, efforts in assisting us in our search (from afar, as we moved into town from Michigan and had to organize everything remotely), as well as her dedication to prompt communication (whether via email, text, or phone), and just all around awesomeness were unmatched in any of our previous moves. Her hard work and diligence led directly to our ability to close on time, the day after our arrival in town for my next duty assignment. All of this praise fails to even mention the fact that she remembered the details of my wifes occupation after hearing them just once, and went out of the way to arrange a connection that resulted in her landing a new job before we even got into town. If the review rating scale went to 100 instead of five, wed give her a 101. Highly, highly recommended.
