Linda and Dennis take great care of you from start to finish. This is our third house with Team Denovan, and we would choose any other to handle our real estate needs.

We are so appreciative to Linda Denovan for her knowledge regarding all aspects of real estate. We were able to sell property in 2010 and purchase property in 2015 with Linda as our agent. We highly recommend Linda for her utmost professionalism and integrity. Her communication skills are A+ during the buying/selling process as she is dedicated to customer satisfaction.

My wife and I were referred to Linda Denovan by my Mom Sandy Farmer who is also a Top Realtor in California, so her expectations of a Realtor is very high. When we decided to move to Havasu my Mom didn't hesitate to tell us that we absolutely had to call Linda and her team to help us find a new home. We had the pleasure of meeting Lisa Roberts who is a buyer's agent on Linda's team. Lisa showed us a lot of homes and always with a positive kind attitude attitude. Her expertise and knowledge of the Havasu community really made a huge difference. Being able to always reach both Linda and LIsa at all times was a breath of fresh air, especially since we would be in town only a few days at a time to look at as many listings as possible. We recently closed escrow on the home of our dreams and we couldn't feel more blessed to have had two of the best, professional Realtor's on OUR Team. Thanks again Chris, Crystal and baby Caylee

This team was always available. I had a unique case where I was moving to this city and we worked over the phone and on the internet to find a house. The agents also made themselves available so I could make the 3 hour drive to look at properties. I will use this team again and again, it was very painless. Please call them and schedule a meeting to go over your needs, they will get you in the perfect home.

Finally a real estate agent that actually understands the market, does not play games, is patient when you get nervous, full of great information, and insight, AND she is really nice. Works hard to make sure you are getting everything you need to make a good purchasing decision - and works the deal for the sale to make sure everyone gets what they need.
