ZillowVERIFIEDSam is hands down the absolute best at what he does!! I was about to sell my home for 50k using a cash offer company. I was advised to talk to a realtor before making that decision and I'm so glad I did. Sams name was the first name I saw and I just clicked on his name and left my information. Sam called me back the same day and told me that I really should rethink it because I could walk away with so much more. Not only was he right but he made the entire process extremely easy. He was honest and he told me and made me feel like we were in this together. He was upbeat and used every resource he had to get my home sold. He spent countless hours and man power during the entire process. Due to Sams relentless determination to get my home in tip top shape and sold, I actually closed days earlier than planned. He was always in contact with me. I never had to wonder about what was going on. I cant say this enough Sam I am grateful for you! If you are looking to sell/buy a home, Sam is your realtor. You will not be disappointed.
ZillowVERIFIEDI had offers over my asking price in less than a week. She did all the work to make improvements and knew exactly what to do. Absolutely painless experience and she was very knowledgeable. I will use her every single time and refer everyone I know.
ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are looking for a realtor in the Fayetteville and surrounding areas? You need to pick Sam Valle. You will not be disappointed! From the very first conversation, Sam has been attentive, extremely knowledgeable, punctual and overall exceptional! He makes you feel like family, as he goes above and beyond in everything he does. For example, there were a few small fixes that we agreed upon as part of our overall contract. And if Sam did not offer to do the work himself (talk about handy!), he found contractors for us, always making the process go as smoothly as it could. He is very easy to work with and made our sale as seamless as it could be. Its apparent he truly cares about his clients and what he does! As a novice, he is the breath of fresh air that we needed. We are very grateful.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmazing to work with! She made sure I understood everything and made sure I was comfortable with each decision. She made me feel that I was important as a client, always returned my calls if she wasnt available to assist me with any questions or concerns I had.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a wonderful experience with Jocelyn! We bought the house remotely/sight unseen so it was a bit scary but she made the whole process smooth and comfortable! She kept us in the loop with every step of the process and used her great negotiation skills to get us some sweet deals as well! 10/10 experience!
ZillowVERIFIEDJocelyn delivered everything she promised! Could not have been more pleased. Our home appraised for the listing amount and we even closed a week earlier than scheduled, saving us additional money! We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIEDSam exceeded my expectations with the entire home buying process. He responded to me within minutes EVERY single time I contacted him. He built my trust by paying attention to details and listening to what I wanted and he was relentless in making sure it happened for me. His knowledge of the entire home buying experience, process, and details is clear. I had lots of doubts and concerns about making the right decisions throughout my search for a home and he always came to the rescue. I felt well taken care of and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot recommend Sam enough, working with him was nothing short of a dream! As a first time home buyer I was incredibly nervous, you hear alot of horror stories about the ups and downs of the process. Sam made sure I was informed, aware, and most importantly comfortable about every step of the process. Thanks to Sam's efforts everything went beautifully and I now own my first home no nightmares included. It truly was a stress free experience & it's all because of his dedication to his clients.Thank you Sam!
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the first moment I met with MR Sam Valle, I knew I was in good hands. Being my first home purchase, I was very unsure about what to expect. Sam put me right at ease from the start, answering all my questions. Big or small, he took the time to explain everything I needed to know. We got started looking at homes right away. This, hands down, was my favorite part of the buying experience. Sam always asked lots of questions about what I liked and disliked in each home we saw. There was never any pressure to aEURoehurry up and pick one already.aEUR? I could tell that getting me into the perfect home was his top priority! It didnt take me long before I fell in love with a foreclosure. We put our bid in (Sam walked me thru the whole process with ease) and waited to hear back from the seller. Unfortunately, I lost out to a higher bid :( Talk about bummed! I had thought the search was over, but to my surprise it got better! Sam took the bull by the horns and got down to business looking for the ideal home for me. A few weeks later, when my schedule allowed, we went out on another showing. I knew from the moment I walked into this house, that I could live there forever. It felt like home! We didnt waste anytime putting our bid in, and heard back right away from the seller. I had just purchased my first home!! Now the fun part of closure lol. I was apprehensive to say the least, the list of things that needed to be done were daunting. As usual Sam walked me right thru the whole process step by step, going above and beyond to make this as smooth as possible. His consistent updates about where we stood in the process were reassuring and informative. He stayed on top of all the other key players, making sure everything went off without a hitch. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Upon Sams recommendations, I got an amazing deal on a wonderful home. He followed up with me even after the closing to ensure that everything was going well. From the first to the last, Sams customer service, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, was every present. I highly recommend MR Sam Valle and look forward to our next realty endeavor!!
ZillowVERIFIEDHands down the best home buying experience. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. From start to finish Sam was able to guide me through home buying experience with ease. I would highly recommend working with Sam to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDI bought my first ever home with Sam. I am a single guy and was moving back to the Fayetteville area at the time with my career and he made the process very smooth. He got to know my needs and wants and then had me several houses to look at within days. He walked me through each home listing pros and cons, the estimated cost of repairs, neighborhood safety and desirability, and he even offered me lenders that allowed me to use equity in the home to get repairs and an AC unit in immediately. I could not have done this without Sam! I sold that home 4 yrs later for a great profit. Sam made the buying process so smooth that I myself went on to become a house flipper and restorer myself thatI still do to this day. I owe a lot of what I know about the real estate world to Sam. He is thorough, smart, and professional. I plan on using Sam again and again.
ZillowVERIFIEDSam was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He was thorough, professional and responded quickly to emails and texts. He provided helpful knowledge in regard to the area of town I was looking in and searched high and low to find a home that met some specifics I had in mind. I'd absolutely recommend Sam to help you purchase or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIEDSam Valle clearly loves his job! He is very enthusiastic about getting his clients exactly what they are looking for in the biggest purchase of their lives! My wife and I bought our house through Sam Valle and he found everything we were looking for in a home. It was cute, had a great floor plan and a huge private backyard! The house is in the school district and neighborhood we wanted for our family at exactly the right price! Sam really gets to know what his clients are looking for and showed us some really great houses during his short time as our realtor. Sam was in constant contact with us by phone and email and he was able to find exactly what we were looking for in our new home. His knowledge of the Fayetteville area and how to navigate MLS and other websites to find exactly what you are looking for, is very impressive. I would gladly work with Sam Valle again in the future, and he comes highly recommended to friends and family looking for a realtor in the Fayetteville area.Sam has a great knowledge of all areas in Fayetteville, he ensures you understand every step of the home-buying process, his response is always timely (he even answered a few late-night emails within minutes), and he helped us negotiate some things in our contract that made the purchase so much better for us!
