Sam Thomas has over 29 years of sales and management experience helping clients, managing representatives and leading managers. His philosophy is to "find the win" for all parties to have success. Prior to his career in real estate, Sam's professional life included finance, insurance, retirement planning, and becoming a Registered Investment Advisor. Finding solutions, handling negotiations, and project management are valuable skills he provides to clients and to a team of agents. Sam is also a real estate investor. This is a valuable skill he shares with his clients to understand concepts including return on investment (ROI), cap rate, rehab costs, and passive income. Growing up in South Texas, Sam received the benefit of parents who provided a great example of the value of hard work, persistence and God's love. In today's marketplace there is a tremendous amount of information, data, and technology. Google, Zillow, YouTube, etc., provide and endless supply of knowledge. Knowledge is important, however, what most people need is wisdom. Wisdom to take all that information and make sense of it all.
