We found Sam through his YouTube channel and just purchased our 1st home with him! We couldnt be happier with our choice. We liked his professionalism, expertise, and down to earth personality the very 1st time we chatted with him. All this approved to be true as we were working through the process. Sam is a good listener. We really appreciate him willing to work around our goal and interests, being super transparent every step of the way, and never pushy. We are from the Bay Area so it was a huge plus to have a trusted local expert to look after all things related purchasing a home. One more big highlight we must mention is that he is so well connected. The house we were buying had electric issues and it was misdiagnosed. Sam then sent his contact and it was fixed! House hunting can be stressful and we actually had fun with Sam and his team seeing many houses in one day! We highly recommend Sam!

Thanks to Sam, I was able to get my home in West Sacramento and had it closed in 30 days. He was responsive and even helped me from the beginning without being pre approved with a loan. Most realtors wouldnt have done the same. He is a humble gentleman. Super easy to work with and thumbs up for being resourceful in the Sacramento Region. Would have given him 6/5 stars if i can.
