Initially I was looking for a property with a home and pool but nothing really fit my needs. Sam and I worked together for over a year, being out of state didnt help when it came viewing houses either. When I decided to buy vacant land and build Sam was still positive and helped me with the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Upon meeting Sam you instantly like him! He listens to your needs and wants. His knowledge of the area is priceless. He showed us homes in our price range, needs and wants. Sam was always quick to answer our calls or text and questions. He showed us several homes, we were lucky and bought the first one hed showed us. It had everything wed asked for. After our offer was accepted he continued to keep us informed and made sure all the paperwork was in order. Even after the closing Sam came by several times to see how things were going. He still calls to check in on us and invites us to his office when they are doing special holiday things, etc. He is quick to help or give advice. We felt very lucky to have had Sam as our realtor. We would certainly use him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Sam was very Responsive to my emails and texts. Was very understanding and patient. He went above and beyond what a regular Realtor would be expected to do. He was very friendly and positive.He is now helping my oldest son with his home search even though he knows he probably will not be moving For at least a year. But Sam may find my son a property that he can afford a lot sooner!

ZillowVERIFIED If you want the best agent, look no further. From the first time we met Sam, he was in our corner. We had a few bumps along the way with the people buying our house, but Sam fought for us every step of the way. He even kept an eye on our house and did some extra stuff to insure our house sold as he promised. It would be an incredibly bad decision to go with another agent. 5 stars is not enough for what he did for us. Thank you Sam
