ZillowVERIFIED When I first thought about selling my home I had no idea where to start. I thought I could do it on my own and had originally planned to do so. However, when I started thinking about it further into my decision to sell I thought I would talk with a realtor first. I was worried about not understanding the process (what if I had repairs, or I dont know how to stage the home? how do I even begin to market my home? etc.). I was referred to Fulton Realty (who I have used as referrals for members when I worked for a local Credit Union) through the Home Advantage program and a previous co-worker. My first meeting with Sam was extremely helpful. He was clear, concise and to the point on what to expect and he helped me come up with a timeline which put everything into a real-time perspective. His ability to map out a plan put me at ease immediately. Part of their package includes a free consultation with an interior decorator (this was unbelievably helpful) which was the last step before putting it on the market. Once the house was on the market it was awesome to see how it was marketed through Zillow and how much traffic there was just in the first day it was available to the public. Since I have a dog, there was a point where I had troubles getting away from work to take Lucy out of the house and Sam was kind enough to go to the house and take her on a small walk. This was top of the line service on his end because he didnt have to do that. The entire process of listing the home was seamless. Once I received a couple of offers it was time to decide which was going to be the best fit. Sam helped me understand exactly what the offers meant, how it works and what the next steps were once I accepted an offer and finalized everything. He was helpful from the first step all the way to the final step which ultimately led to me closing on the home last month. I wont refer my friends, family or acquaintances to anyone but Sam at Fulton Realty because I believe he puts a personal touch on the entire process and lowers any amount of stress that would have been there otherwise. I will be reaching out to him once I am ready to purchase another home.

We were initially interested in working with Sam because we were considering getting an investment property and Sam owns several of his own investment properties.First, Sam did a nice job of listening to us to understand our priorities and developed a selling strategy accordingly. In our case, we had a baby on the way and were moving into a new home, so time was the most critical factor, though we had a dollar value in mind as well. Sam had a good sense of the market. The result was that we had full days of showings immediately upon listing, and we were able to accept an offer over asking price within three days of listing.Second, Sam was effective at understanding positioning with other realtors. In our situation with multiple offers, Sam was able to breakdown different components of the offer into a spreadsheet for us, so that we could easily evaluate each offer. ZillowVERIFIED Sam is amazing! Not only did he help us find an amazing home that we love but also showed us TONS of homes in the process, working aggressively against time, at all hours. As first time homebuyers, there were plenty of areas in the process that we were unaware of but Sam was efficient and eager to make sure we met our closing date and successfully completed our inspection and appraisal, even willing to help fix things himself to be sure we got the job done on time. Any questions we had we could ask him and get an immediate response, even far after business hours. He did everything he could to be sure we weren't stressed and had a great time through the entire process.
