In a word, Exceptional. We met with several realtors and was very impressed by his knowledge, proposed marketing strategy and the end result. Our house had been cleaned out and ready to list on the market but listing it just before a Winter holiday was a concern for us as the seller. The house sold for more than our asking price all within 24 hours to a qualified buyer. He facilitated closing a week earlier than originally projected which helped us as the seller as well as the buyer. Each and every document was thoroughly prepared and they kept us informed each and every step of the way. We would highly recommend Sam without any reservation and should we ever need a realtor again, he is the person we will contact.

Es super atenta, estaba trabajando arduamente 24/7 para que yo pudiera tener mi casa soA+-ada, disponible para mi hasta los domingos en la noche, siempre con una amabilidad y resolviendo cada traba que se atraviese en el proceso de manera agilidosa. Es una persona que tiene mucho conocimiento en su A!rea, cuando te muestra las casas te explica todo con lujos de detalles, chequea que todo estA(C) bien y que funcione correctamente. Ella sabe muy bien lo que hace, me quedA(C) sorprendida de como ella conoce todos los aparatos de las casas y te explica en las condiciones que estA!n, se fija hasta en el mA!s mA-nimo detalle, cuando vas con ella sientes que ella se preocupa para que puedas comprar no solo la casa de tus sueA+-os, sino que tambiA(C)n ella se esmera de manera minuciosa en que consigas una casa que estA(C) en buenas condiciones, con ella no te vas a encontrar sorpesas luego de la compra. Should I wait to sell in Pennsylvania?

Hi Robert, the right time to sell is when you need to sell. Although it is true there is a seasonality to our industry and Spring is an ideal time that also brings additional competition against your home. Consult a local agent in your market to determine what the state of your particular market it. For example, in my area it is still solidly a sellers market with less than 2 months of inventory. What that means is homes are still competitive and buyers are coming in with multiple offers for the right home. What interest rates have done is reduce buyer tolerance for less than desirable conditions that a year ago would have not mattered. So ensure your home is well cared for, in good condition, and staged appropriately. Good luck.
