ZillowVERIFIED My FiancA(C)e and I started the process of trying to find our first home, it was overwhelming to say the least. Once we got in touch with Sam Ill never forget our first meeting everything sounded like gibberish to me. Sam took the time to break everything down to the point were we knew exactly what he meant. Another high point is his knowledge of houses, being our first house we had no idea what to be on the look out for and he would point our pros and cons of every house we looked at and would be up front with you by putting his input in such as, aEURoeI would stay away from thisaEUR? or aEURoethey did a great job on this.aEUR? At the end of the day once you know aEURoesign your life awayaEUR? you go home and feel relieved not just that you are finally done looking at house after house but that you have a new home and the realtor that helped you get that house actually cares about his clients and looks at it as if he was going to buy it.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Sam for buying and/or selling your home; you wont be disappointed. Hes knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. At the recommendation of a friend, I hired him to sell my home in 2017. He sold that home in 5 days. Two years later, I hired him again to sell a home, and he sold that home in 3 days.

ZillowVERIFIED Sam was nothing but a joy to work with. During the 'looking' phase, Sam was perfect at keeping up with the numerous places we had already looked at and planned on looking at; sharing much local knowledge and expertise, we were able to find exactly what we were searching for. Once we changed to the 'buying' phase we were always well aware of the steps in front of us and felt very comfortable on the path to closing. We would recommend Sam to anyone and everyone that is willing to listen.

ZillowVERIFIED Sam assisted us with the listing of our house of 11 years located at 9300 Whitehouse Fort Road Ext in Bay Minette. Sam listed the house and in less than two weeks we had an offer made and closed a month later. The process went very quickly and smoothly due to Sams professionalism as well as his drive for our goals to have us ready for our children to start a new school system in the fall. Sam also shopped and shopped for us a new home. After living in the same house for 11 years we had a lot of aEURoewantsaEUR? in a home. Sam was very in tune to my requests and was very patient as we looked at house after house searching for the right one. To say Sam is professional, driven and focused on your needs/wants is an understatement. If you are looking to buy or list your home Sam is the REALTOR to contact in Mobile and Baldwin County!

ZillowVERIFIED Sam was very helpful. We listed our home with him and it sold with in a few weeks. After our home sold we thought that we were going to build a house. Sam helped us look for land in the area that we were interested in, after months of looking and not finding exactly what we were looking for, Sam suggested that we look at a couple of existing homes in the area. After looking at a couple of homes we found a perfect match.
