ZillowVERIFIED Sam, Sam, Sam is the Best, Best, Best! Right off the bat upon interviewing Realtors to sell my Dallas home, Sam was it. He was personable, kind, not pushy, not trying to sell himself, just easy going and letting me get to know him and how he works. Just in conversation it was very easy to pick up that he was extremely knowledgeable and very capable to sell my home. I wasn't quite ready to move, but I needed to move out of state to a home I already had purchased. Sam picked up on me hedging on picking a date, and he very gently urged me onward and I needed that. We made a strong push to get my house listed and Sam was there every step of the way. Sam went out of his way to help me in every way possible way, he was an inspector/handyman/stager/cheerleader and always remained positive and upbeat when I would start doubting. In a market where interest rates are skyrocketing, and it wasn't an "optimal" time to sell, we went ahead and listed my home and kept our paws crossed. There were 2 other homes for sale on my block and we just powered through. Within 11 days and only 2 showings I had a viable contract and we closed before 30 days. The other 2 homes are still for sale. I cannot recommend Sam Bullard strongly enough! Give him a call if you are selling or buying, you will not be disappointed!

Sam responded to all our questions and demands immediately and didnt miss a beat moving everything with a swift, efficient (yet not pushy) manner. If you are looking for a real estate agent, I recommend someone as detailed oriented as Sam. He consistently brought up pertinent details which we either forgot or never would have thought to pay attention to, which was so valuable to us. Sam knows a lot about construction of homes and has knowledge well above the average agent which very much impressed me. Sam knows Dallas extremely well, and with his wife being a school teacher, Sam has great insight into Dallas schools. Let me elaborate on details. When we showed up to the several viewings, Sam was prompt and so organized he had a folder with printouts for each property and a map numbered in order of our stops. We called him at last minute to see if we could add a house viewing that had just been listed. Sam was so gracious to our demanding request he promptly added the stop and somehow managed to print off the sheets for the added stop. Sam was never pushy but effectively communicated key details and information to consider that was valuable and pertinent. I am very glad we found him and this is how we found him. Our friend stayed at an Airbnb in Dallas at a property that was covered in Trees. Wow we wanted a home like this so we searched for homes on that street and a dreamy home had been sold last fall that matched our needs. We cold contacted the selling agent of that house and he said wow I was just talking about how unique that property was last week. He said I have a similar unique property coming on the market soon. As luck would have it, we were crazy about that property. Sam communicated to us that the property would sell fast and he was right. First day on market and there was already an offer. Luckily we were prepared to move fast with cash offer and are now awaiting the option period. I wish more agents were as good as Sam. We will use him for all of our future needs and be so glad that we found him. There are a lot of agents that are just not equipped to sell homes and its shocking that they are able to do it. We are so glad to avoid those people and to just use Sam.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the 5th home I've bought in my life and despite a tough market, some tough to work with sellers and a few other wrenches thrown in Sam was amazing through the entire process. He was on top of things from the beginning by sending us houses to search through and as we said what we liked and disliked, he gave us more info on the areas the homes were in and adjusted the search to more of what we liked. He even went by a few houses and sent us video, beyond what any other realtor ever did for us. The area we initially wanted to be in was just not working for us so Sam quickly suggested we expand just slightly and went to work finding homes in that area that fit our budget and our style. Once we found a house we wanted Sam really went to work. We lived out of state and he set up everything and even attended the inspection for us. The He called with updates and was great with all the details. The inspection had a few issues and Sam called the trades needed to get quotes so we had hard numbers to go back to the sellers with. He took all the stress out of the process and I would suggest anyone looking for a realtor to contact Sam.
