ZillowVERIFIED I wrote a review about Sam helping me sell two houses in L.A. so this is the review for the second house. That house was a rental that I inherited from My family. I needed to sell it because I live in a different state and it became very inconvenient for me to have to travel back and forth between states to take care of that house. And I decided that I didn't want to be a landlord. Sam helped me sell that house but it wasn't easy, because the tenant was refusing to leave and she became a very unpleasant person. Sam worked with me and her and eventually the tenant moved out and Sam was able to sell the house for me. She went above and beyond for me and I will forever be grateful.

She worked hard, was thorough, knowledgeable, and super responsive, and is a genuinely kind people to trust to both sell our condo and help us find our new home. Our listing included amazing professional staging (we'll be using the interior designers for our new home), 3D walkthrough and professional photography. When spending months in the process of also looking for our next home, Sam was an expert who put us at ease when touring so many houses and submitting so many hopeful offers. Having finally found and closed escrow on our forever home, this journey has been truly satisfying because of how Sam treated us. She was understanding of our concerns and was very comfortable and easy going to talk to. Then covid hit and we weren't sure what to do. Sam was never pushy and never neglectful when everything started to get crazy. She was patient and understanding. Her communication and customer service were spot on, whether she couldn't take my call right away, I would receive a text letting me know and then she would follow up me to answering all of my questions....more than once, she was always there. In fact, she was and still is there for us when we have questions even after our sale. We sold our condo and purchased a single family home using Sam and her team. We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Sam at Homearly, and she was fantastic. I knew her from high school and had talked to her a little bit about buying a house, so she went ahead and set me up with a search to see what was available, but let me move at my own pace, a few months later I moved in to a house that I love. It was awesome that the home buying process was pretty painless, especially during Covid19 season, but the best part was that Sam had a partner for everything. She had great people for mortgage brokers, inspections, work that needed to get done. Then, to really go above and beyond, I bought house with an ADU, with the intent to rent out a part of it and live in the other. We found one with tenants currently living in it, and I have never been a landlord before. Sam was able to provide help with writing the lease, brokering the rental agreement, everything. At one point Sam was even called out of town on short notice, at which point Kelsey helped out, and she also was great to work with, and it helped the entire process continue without having to slow down or reschedule anything. 10/10 would buy/sell a house with again.

Sam then did her homework and didn't waste time showing properties that were not going to meet our needs. Even when a listing appeared to fit, once we physically went to see, she knew instantly that we wouldn't like it and crossed it off of the list. Sam was a great negotiator; she paid attention to the flaws and/ or needed repairs and also repairs that would be needed in the near future. She advised us of these and the potential costs that they would add to the house, not only for the sale, but then soon after. Sam was also very professional during all phases of the purchase. Will show you only what you want to see and not try to sell you on anything you don't want. She has her profiles on each home done before you even go out to see the homes. She's VERY PROFESSIONAL in as an real estate agent and very polite to sellers and their agents. She negotiated on our behalf and got us a great deal! She is not about inflating an offer to make a sale. She is genuine in everything she says and does. We love our home and Sam help make that happen. She still remains in contact with us 2-1/2 years after we moved in to our home. She even surprised us with a beautiful wood plaque she made herself. It still and will forever hang in our dining room. Just recently she let us know interest rates dropped and that we should consider refinancing. She is EVERYTHING you want and NEED in a real estate agent.
